1) This online form contains 8 sections. Applicants need to complete all sections for submission.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1) Early to mid-career scholars with a graduate degree (i.e. either a master or a doctoral degree) and have completed their post-degree work for 2-10 years; and
2) Have a demonstrated interest and commitment in fields such as global health policy, governance, diplomacy, sustainable development, healthy cities, health equity, health systems and economics, or related areas.
NOTES FOR APPLICANTS
1) To submit an application to the NAM-HKU Fellowship in Global Health Leadership 2025/26 (hereinafter referred to as “the Fellowship”), please complete the following before the application deadline:
- Complete and submit the online application form
- Upload an up-to-date curriculum vitae
- Upload three reference letters
2) The deadline of application for the 2025/26 cohort is on 15 November 2024 (Hong Kong time). Only online application will be accepted. Late or incomplete application will not be considered.
3) The U.S. National Academy of Medicine (NAM) and The University of Hong Kong (HKU) are equal opportunity organisations, and we welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender or nationalities.
